Those who cannot provide for themselves should (if society so decides) be provided for.

The best way to do this, however, is:

o   For people who cannot provide for their own children to not have children … i.e. personal responsibility.

o   For families to take responsibility for their kin.

·         Regulations

Regulations are necessary.

There should be minimum of regulations … as many as are NECESSARY … but no more.

·         A living Wage

To the extent this is an economic possibility.
