Appropriation.
The hypocrisy of those who promote this idea is beyond crazy … it must be intentional and evil … there is no other way to explain hypocrisy of this magnitude!
The Concept of Cultural Appropriation is a hostile, construct designed to vilify the perceived “Oppressor” cultures (read “Western Culture”) and depict them as plunderers, while simultaneously excluding the “Oppressors” (read “White People”) from a multitude of endeavors that are conveniently reserved exclusively for the “Oppressed”.
This vilification of
culturation appropriation is both breathtakingly hypocritical and historically
ignorant. The movement of knowledge and customs across civilizations has been a
universal given for at least 100,000 years … since the evolution of
anatomically modern Homo sapiens. For example:
1. J.S. Bach’s music is played all over
the world.
2. The Arabic Numerals (actually invented
in India) are used by almost all cultures.
3. The practice of agriculture spread
from The Fertile Cresent.
4. The examples are endless.
It should be abundantly clear to and
one who thinks about the subject deeply and honestly that it is a cudgel designed
to discriminate selectively against the perceived oppressor class (i.e. White
Westerner’s). There can be no other explanation that fits all of the facts. To
defend this idea requires a level hypocrisy that boarders upon the
supernatural.
